BOY SCOUTS: Scout Notes for 6 April 2013

Dear Scouts and Parents,

There will be a regular meeting this Saturday 6 April starting at 1500
hrs (3:00 p.m.)  Uniform for the day will be Class "A" with optional
neckerchief.

As a reminder, March was medical form month and this is the time to
turn in your medical form.  Additionally, please let me know this
weekend, if you are committing to Summer Camp.

While $50.00 is required for registration and you are not in
possession of $50.00 if your Scout is planning to go to camp please
let me know this weekend.  Camp Cards have arrived and this is the
perfect opportunity to raise funds for camp.

As a reminder Camp Cards cost $5.00 and offer various discounts to the
buyer to include $5.00 off all purchases over $40.00 at Shop Rite.
The seller of the card or indivdual Scout can get 50% of the cost of
the card placed in an individual Scout account for camp expenses.

Additionally, the Scout Committee has decided on a car wash and all
proceeds will be going to summer camp to defray transportation cost.

There may be some additional funding in the future that could defray
the cost for summer camp, however the most important itemnow is to
have committments on how many Scouts will be attending.

For all Scouts interested in the Cycling Merit Badge there will be a
special meeting at 1430 hrs (2:30 p.m.)  If you have a bicyle bring
your bike for inspection to include your helmet.  We will discuss
doing group rides at this meeting.
