  • $25 per Cub camper and Adult chaperone (due by 4/31/2010)
    • Make checks and money orders payable to Cub Pack 133
    • Turn in funds and forms to Trip Coordinator: Den Leader Joel Wilson 215-740-6701 joel@jcwcc.com
    • If you cannot make payment by 4/31, but still want to go, please let me know.
  • Must complete Annual Health and Medical Record
  • Must complete Parent Consent Form

    JOINT PACKS 125 & 133 CUB WORLD WEEKEND MANDATORY PARENT & LEADERS MEETINGS Fri. 7/17 and 7/30/2010. Attendance is mandatory for at least one meeting. BRING Completed Parent Consent Form and Medical Records.
