We Need Your Help to Make Our 1st Annual Breakfast Fundraiser a Success!

Mr. Steve Buck, member of our Cub Committee is a professional caterer. He is offering us a fundraiser opportunity to help raise funds for both the Scout and Cub programs. On Saturday morning 5 February we will hold our First Annual Scout Breakfast and our First Annual Cub Breakfast.
This event will be held at the Overbrook Presbyterian Church located at the corner of City Line and Lancaster Avenue a block up from St. Thomas. We are holding it at Overbrook due to their more specious hall and available parking.
Mr. Buck is donating all of the food and bearing the cost of food preparers and servers. Our job will be to promote and sell tickets. The breakfast will be broken into two segments.
The Scout Breakfast will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 9:45.
The Cub Scout Breakfast will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The ticket price will be $10.00 per person. Kids 10 and younger eat free. Our goal is to have each Scout parent sell between three and five tickets. Flyers and tickets will be available. Because seating is limited, parents will be limited to taking only five (5) tickets in advance without payment. Proceeds from the Scout breakfast will go towards the Scout program and proceeds from the Cub breakfast will go towards the Cub Scout program. The menu will be as follows;
