Subject: First Annual Triune Bowling Event- help needed to make it a success!
Good Morning,
In our efforts to continue to provide fun events for our Scouts.
A number of Scouts have shown an interest to have a bowling event for our District.
This fun event will help our Cub Scouts to earn their bowling belt loop and also most important have fun with other Scouts from the District.
Also our Boy Scouts and Scout Leaders can also compete to be the Top Bowler in the District in perspective levels.
This will be held on Saturday, June 8th at St. Monica Lanes from 4-8pm. (See flyer attached)
We need your help to make this success!!!
How?
By being an active member to do the following for this event:
· Promote this event and register online by June 3rd so we can track how much supplies and awards will be needed
· Be at the event to help Scouts to judge who will be the Top Bowling Scouter.
· Have FUN at the event with everyone!!!
We will have a planning meeting on April 30th at 7pm via conference call. (Please respond to this email to confirm your participation)
