Dear Cubs and Parents,
This Saturday will be our last meeting of the year. Our year end holiday party will begin at 2:30 p.m. Class “A” uniform if you have it will be the uniform for the day. Our next regular scheduled meeting will be Saturday 8 January 2011.
This Saturday will also be the last day to register. If you are not registered you Scout will be removed from the membership roster. Please register and if there is a reason you cannot register this month please see me as soon as you can.
Also, please do not bring a toy or gift card for the Children of St. Barnabas Mission.
For all parents who would like to be part of the planning for events and activities for the second half of the Scout year. You are invited to a Leaders’ Meeting that will take place before the holiday party at
12:10 p.m.
This meeting will be to discuss upcoming events and activities. If you have idea you would like to share or be part of the planning committee or become the champion for an event you are invited to attend this meeting.
