I have a meeting to attend early that morning in New Jersey and my plan is to arrive at St. Thomas as close to 10:00 a.m. If you can arrive by 1000 hrs, that would be good.We cannot meet in the Great Hall. We may be able to use the Undercroft or the room that the Cub Scouts normally meet in but we can definitely use the 3rd Floor room area.The plan is to rotate Scouts to and from the Bala Cynwyd selling at the Acme. To avoid an overload of Scouts at the Acme location, another option is to consider canvassing the surrounding neighborhood. In other words, we can take product in a vehicle with can take Scouts and go door to door. As reminder, Scouts should not enter any homes. They should work in pairs or in groups of three.The site supervisor i.e., parent or leader needs to control the money and ensure that Scouts are observed at all times. There should be somebody to open the garage. Please take an accurate account of product that is removed if Mr. Joe Wells, Popcorn Chairperson is not available to sign out product.Any questions let me know. I will arrive as soon as I can.Thanks,
