    Good morning Active Parent Scout Supporters. So Far we have commitments from:

Refreshments Chair - Victor Morrow

1. Kristen Pope- Fruit Salad
2. Wendy Palmer- Chips, juice, wingettes.
3. Gloria Shabazz- Islamic / Medittereanean dish
4. Lori Morse- Latkes
5. Tracy Rodgers- Cupcakes/ rolls
6. Victor Morrow- Hot dogs
7. Pamela Davis - Paper plates

Activities Chair - Joel Wilson

Activities for the event include but are not limited to:

1. Music - parent please bring family friendly music CDs for everyone enjoyment. Holiday music and Jazz are always nice!
   
2. Bowling Alley - back by popular demand from the Pumpkin Palooza, thanks to Asst. Dean Leader Dana Davis
   
3. Cub Skits - please have scouts present on Saturday 12/14 for rehearsal
   
4. "Who is smarter than a fifth grader Wii competition"
   
5. Board games - feel free to bring your favorite board game
   
6. Dance contest - ***we need a volunteer to run this***
   
7. Face painting (this service is being made possible by a donation from Scout Mom, Mrs. Gloria Shabazz)
   
8. Cub presentations - please have scouts present on Saturday 12/14 for rehearsal
