Dear Scouts and Parents,
This will be a regular Scout Meeting Saturday 31 March. The meeting time is 1430 hrs (2:30 p.m.) This is 30 minutes later than when we have been meeting. The reason for that is because of another group will be in the Church that Saturday.
Uniform for the day is Class "A". Because of the Easter Holiday the St. Joe's pool will not be available this Saturday so there will be no swimming. Additionally there will be no meeting next Saturday7 April because of the holiday.
Once again the call is made out for all Scouts who are going to Summer Camp. Your reservation and camp deposit of $50.00 is due now. Addiitonally, MEDICAL FORMS ARE DUE NOW. Please do not wait to turn in medical forms. Also, please be advised that Walgreen Pharmacies have clinics that will do physicals for approximately $35.00. While it is advised that you make an appointment in most cases you can just walk in. There are two locations in the Philadelphia area,

I cannot over emphasize how much of an issue Medical Forms are each year and the importance of having corrrect medical information in case of an emergency. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
