Dear Scouts and Parents,I want to thank all of the Scouts, leaders, and parents who came out to support our Third Annual Pancake Breakfast. Most significantly we all owe a big debt of gratitude to Mr. Steve Buck who continues to provide us unparalleled support. This event would not be possible on the scale that it is without his sacrifice and dedication.While there are too many of you to name, I do have to recognize our Treasurer Team Ms. Donna Haughton and Ms. Samantha Pearsall. They did a fantastic job working the table and keeping account of the funds. By their account we were over the $1,000.00 mark in receipts which does not include how much the Cub Scout side has taken in.If you have not reconciled your ticket sales with either Ms. Haughton or Ms. Pearsall please do so that we can get a final account. You will need to to account for all of your tickets either by turning in your unsold tickets or the money for the tickets. Please do this no later than next Saturday. It is important that we account for all tickets.These funds will be used for the program so there will be a direct benefit to all Scouts in the program. Our next next fundraising effort will Scout Camp Cards. This is the discount card that only cost $5.00 and we as the sellers get to keep half. We are looking at making this a direct contribution fundraiser meaning all profit will go to a direct contribution individual Scout account. In other words all proceeds from a Scout's sales will go to to his account to be used for summer camp or any individual cost such as an event or activity. More information will follow.Once again, thanks for a great Scout Breakfast!
