MEDICAL FORMS FOR CAMP ARE DUE NOW

 

 

Dear Parents,

 

If you intend for your Scout to go to either Boy Scout summer camp or Cub Scout summer camp, you must have a completed BSA Medical Form.  This form was handed out to you at the time of registration.

 

If you do not have a copy of the medical form, I will have forms for you this Saturday.  This is an urgent plea that you schedule your physician's visit now.  Your medical form should be turned in as soon as possible.

 

Summer camp information for Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts will be availble this Saturday.  All Boy Scouts who intend to go to summer camp should make a $50.00 deposit now.
