Dear Parents,
The District Roundtable is held every third Monday at the Marks Bldg. (Scout
Headquarters) at 22nd & Winters Street starting at 7:00 p.m. This meeting
is when the District Chairperson, Mr. Charles West, (volunteer), District
Commissinor, Mrs. Lauren Leatherbarrow, (volunteer), and Mr. Anthony (AW)
Weiss (paid professional) meet with representatives from the troops and
packs in the Triune District.
The meeting is open to parents and other volunteers. Attached is a copy of
the minutes from the meeting. You are encouraged to look them over. If you
ever have any questions please let me know. The roundtable is an excellent
vehicle to learn more about what is going on in our district to include
learning what is happening on a larger scale meaning the Council.
While the Triune District includes all of West Philadelphia, South
Philadelphia, Center City, and parts of North Philadelphia, the Cradle of
Liberty Council, includes our district all Scouting within Philadelphia and
