Fwd: Bake sale and potential popcorn sale

    Good evening Active Parent Scout Suppoters. As we all know October kicks off our one month fund raiser that fuels our troops program for the remainder of the year. We do this so the rest of the year we can focus our program on Scouting activities and advancement opportunities for the Kids. I know this may be time restricting but it is effective. In the past, we have done Bake Sales as one method of raising money and it has been effective as well. Last Year we made over $250 at St.Thomas hosting the coffee hour and with everyones participation again there is no reason we cannot exceed last years goal.

I know this may seem last minute to ask for participation but if anyone would like to bring in some homemade cakes, muffins,croussants, cookies, pies, etc... that would be greatly appreciated. This years coffe hour will be October 10 at 12:00 noon at the church. Scouts must be in CLASS A uniform as is the tradition.
