Subject: Final Popcorn Selling Weekend...
Good morning all Active Scout Parent Supporters. This e-mail is to inform everyone about our deadline for turning in any un sold popcorn. The Triune district headquarters located at 22nd and Winter Street, has deadlined this years popcorn sale for Saturday October the 30. This shortens our anticipated days of selling, this also means that any unsold popcorn must be returned to headquarters or we have to pay for it out of our budget( not good). With that said, We need everyones participation this weekend with the neighborhood show and sell around the church. Any parents who can volunteer a few hours out of their busy day to help the troop will not only make their kids smile but it will also show the Boys that we take pride in what they are doing with their lives. This weekends focus is on Popcorn Selling for the program. Popcorn selling is all we will be doing this weekend. ALSO. We only have a short window to settle any individual Orders that have not been filled.
