Dear Parents,
As noted before we have a Co-Treasurer team of members of the Scout Committee. As Treasurers Ms. Donna Haughton and Ms. Samantha Pearsall are responsible for collecting all monies, fees, and payments.
Either Ms. Haughton or Ms. Pearsall will be at every Scout meeting to collect money. If for some reason either one of them cannot be present at a meeting, we will designate another committee members to fill in.
As Treasurers they will ensure that you get a receipt for any transaction and additionally, they will deposit the funds they collect in an expeditious manner. They will also keep track of payments, such as that for summer camp and will keep a running tally and total of your camp card sales.
