Dear Scouts and Parents,

 

This is an alert that will be taking our first camping trip of the year on the weekend of 22-23 March 2013.  More details will follow to include registration, packing list etc.  At a minimum the short medical form that was distributed will have to be turned in unless you already have a current BSA Annual Medical form on file.

 

Our camping location will be Musser Scout Reservation - Camp Hart.  Due to logistics, we may have a pack out on Thursday evening with an early Saturday morning departure to the camp site.  What this means all participating Scouts will bring their personal gear to St. Thomas on Thursday evening no later than 1930 hrs (7:30 p.m.).  All gear will be transported to camp by Friday.

 

However, we will leave St. Thomas early Saturday morning instead of departing on Friday evening.  Return will be as usual on Sunday afternoon. As mentioned more details will follow.  Cost is anticipated to be $25 per Scout.
